With the recent introduction of the Working at Height Regulations, abseil access is becoming increasingly attractive. We provide detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements with every job, and aim to surpass all EC regulations, guidelines and standards.

For projects such as these, often in high or hard to reach places, scaffolding and powered access are not always the best solutions. The time and labour required to erect and dismantle scaffolding is unrealistic for some quick jobs and powered access is often too expensive. Abseil access can often reduce the cost of a job by over 50%.

Not only does abseil access have the advantages of time and cost, but the building will not assume the appearance of a construction site. Roped access can reduce the need for road and pavement closures. If necessary, rigging can be completely removed at the end of each shift. This factor is especially appealing for the retail and hotel industries.
