We are able to carry out localised re-pointing, concrete and render repairs. High level roof repairs (flashing, slate and tile re-instatement) can be undertaken using abseil access and the set up of temporary fall arrest systems

Leaks caused by failed sealants can also be repaired

Last year we successfully removed 400 metres of failing silicone joints from an atrium roof and re-instated with new. For the first time in 7 years, they now have a leak free roof.

Recent work includes abseiling down a 50ft well to remove fallen debris. A pulley system was set up to remove the debris and we were able to demonstrate our confined spaces training.
